SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME
S•O•J•E offers free standard shipping. Delivery times vary across the different designers. Most of the products are generally in stock but some are made to order, so please allow extra time for making your jewellery. If not stated otherwise on the product page, please allow around 2 to 7 business days for your order to be processed. Should you wish to have your parcel by a specific date, please get in touch with us at email@example.com.
If your item is in stock and you would like to speed up your delivery, there are options to add express shipping to your order. Please get in touch beforehand to ensure that your order is eligible for this service.
The orders are shipped straight from the designer's studio. Please note that it is your responsibility to pay for any duties or taxes that are applicable in the country of entry.
The return period is 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that earrings and customised orders cannot be returned. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
If you need to exchange a defective product, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will not be charged for shipping costs involved for exchanging a defective product.
Refunds are usually processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned items. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
CURRENCY AT CHECKOUT
The currency at checkout is Great British Pounds. While the website may show prices in your local currency, the final payment is processed in Great British Pounds.
